Majors Explored is an educational company that publishes helpful content for the prospective college student. Majors Explored also happens to be a wholly owned subsidiary of 14 East, so as you can imagine we have a vested interest in this company’s success!
The collegiate media kit for Majors Explored in 2005 needed to be fresh, engaging and motivating. No doubt a tall order, this PDF was delivered to colleges as a showcase of our mission and how we could help them attract bright young prospects for admission. The concept was to shoot desktop scenes that reflected the point of view, quite literally of pre-college high school students. These stacks of paper and books were manipulated and over-laid with information about just how we could connect this crucial demographic to the colleges that so badly wanted them. This created an overall effect of genuine approachability with a tactile nature that speaks to the audience and the subject matter.
