How to clear the cache in Internet Explorer
 GO BACK  PRINT
- Select "Internet Options" under the "View" or "Tools" option (depending on the version you are running) on the toolbar.
- Under the "General" folder under "Internet Options", click the button labeled "Delete Files".
- Check "Delete All Offline Content" and click "OK".
